6 Billion Reasons Why Mobile Recruiting Makes Sense

One of many reasons why I am so passionate about mobile revolution is the possibilities of creating ways to connect with the diversity talent that is in the palm of our hands!

As recruiters, we are creating best practices surrounding effective mobile strategies to engage candidates from the mass- mobile-messaging campaigns across the wide-spectrum of the mobile industry. Globally the diversity marketplace has the widest-range which includes cultures, politics, and technologies with of course socio-economic which is the key differences!

Think about it, at the end of 2011, there were 6 billion mobile subscriptions, estimates by The International Telecommunication Union (2011). That is equivalent to 87 percent of the world population, and is a huge increase from 5.4 billion in 2010 and 4.7 billion mobile subscriptions in 2009. Holy Cow Batman!!
