What Kind Of Sandwich Are You?

I love my recruiting peeps. I am just kind of tired of hearing about "I just don’t see the value in reading about a sandwich" Ugh, come on people that is 4 years ago conversation.... In order to see the value a tool, resources have you need to invest in them. Social Networking/Media are not going away; they are just getting more sophisticated. Invest please!
